Spring 2008 office hours: Dr. Robin Snyder
The typical weekly schedule for Robin Snyder during the Spring 2008 semester is shown below. I am in my office at other times, but not at the same time every week. Email or Instant Messaging is encouraged because it often tends to be more time efficient for both sides, but please stop by during office hours. If in doubt, call before arriving. The SSU firewall often is not working correctly. When this happens, you can often get to my web server via a remote desktop at IP address 168.20.203.25 if you have a COBA (College of Business Administration) network account. For more information, see Microsoft Terminal Server .

3.0 Ports

The default port for "Remote Desktop" is port 3389. If this port is blocked anywhere from where your computer is located to the server, at 168.20.203.25, then you will not be able to access "Remote Desktop" via a RDC (Remote Desktop Connection) . For example, a firewall between you and the server may be blocking that port.
